Crazy but true! 

We hadn’t yet finished translating the post concerning Texas massacre into English when another “inevitable” massacre, we had announced in it, punctually occurred in the county of Tehama in California.

This episode is different from the other ones, always happened in America, because the killer moved to 5 different spots in the county causing terror and death with 5 victims and at least 10 wounded people in all.

All this should have started with a sort of domestic accident and have finished near Arancho Elementary School, where the aggressor couldn’t enter since some safety mechanisms that, while isolating the school, prevented the killer from getting in.

Compared with the other massacres the killer wasn’t a soldier and made use of only” one semiautomatic rifle and two pistols”.

Similarly to other episodes, the killer wore a bulletproof vest and had some backup cartridges for his weapons.

The most important element of this event is that the police knew the homicide since the latter had been released on bail after stabbing a woman.

Since Orlando massacre the senate was required to face the problem of the 11° amendment allowing any citizen,even if enrolled in anti-terrorism lists, to purchase weapons.

Certainly prohibiting the purchase of weapons to citizen suspected of terrorism or enrolled in FBI lists or in the ones of some other safety agencies is something that has been debated for long time both in the American Chamber and Senate. Solving this problem isn’t so easy.

We have only to think that, according to American culture, besides in gunshops it’s possible to buy a weapon from a private citizen in one of the so many arm fairs that many states organize every week. A fellow that is enrolled in FBI antiterrorism lists isn’t allowed to get on a plane, but can purchase a weapon very easily.

Because of a certain simultaneity of the last two massacres let’s pospone, to the next massacre, the explanation of how possible  to avoid such tragedies should be by applying the theory of the mechanism at genetic feedback or negative retroaction.
